Open enrollment dates for non-medicare individuals:
Nov 1st – Dec 15th
New enrollment or plan changes will be effective January 1st
Dec 16th – Jan 15th
New enrollment or plan changes will be effective February 1st
Jan 16th – Jan 31st
New enrollment or plan changes will be effective Mar 1st
Why is it important to check your plan during open enrollment?
- There may be changes to your current plan
- Your household income needs to be accurate (line 37 on your tax return)
- Ensure you are on the best plan available for 2017
